Rob has plenty of experience when it comes to overcoming obstacles, tackling stereotypes as well as setting goals and achieving them.

Rob went from un-athletic high school kid, to amateur strongman competitor (a bad one at that) and worked his way up to become one of the Worlds Strongest Men.

Rob is happy to travel the world, sharing his story to inspire children, teens and adults to show them all, that you can become the person you have always wanted to be.
